Dooley’s is an independent consultant with large-practice processes and market knowledge. The company was set up by Managing Director Brendan Dooley in 2003 in the city of Manchester and we’ve since opened operations in Birmingham and London.

As we’ve grown organically, dealings with Dooley’s give clients the reassurance of a personal, hands-on service alongside the comfort and reassurance of reporting information which is designed with our clients’ requirements in mind. Dooley’s has and continues to work with international and national organisations in both the public and private sector, including owner-occupiers/portfolio managers, landowners, developers, property companies, and their advisors. In recent years, the company has come well known for its hotel projects in the UK and overseas as well as specialist heritage work.

Schemes across Europe have seen Dooley’s delivering a number of bespoke packages in the Czech Republic, Russia, Germany and Ireland as well as the UK. We’ve also achieved a 100% retention rate for our loyal clients served in those markets.

From a statutory viewpoint, Dooley’s is certified by the British Standards Institute for ISO 9001 and is currently undergoing accreditation for ISO14001 and 18001.


Construction consultancy, Dooley Associates was established in 2003 in Manchester and has offices in Birmingham and London and has worked across Europe with its loyal client base. Dooley Associates advises clients from the public and private sector across property, construction and regeneration providing measured, professional, statutory and reliable advice.
